HR-ELO is a modified ELO system built for basketball. Your score adjusts after every verified game based on who you played, what format, and who won. Beating stronger opponents earns more points. Separate scores are tracked per format (1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, 5v5) so your rankings stay meaningful across modes.
After a game, both teams independently submit the final score. If they match, results automatically confirm and rankings update immediately. If there is a mismatch, a dispute process kicks in. This independent verification means you cannot submit fake wins. Both sides have to agree on the result.
Yes. Filter leaderboards by city, region, or worldwide. Browse open games in your area, send direct game invites to nearby players, and follow players in your city. Your exact coordinates are never shared with other users.
HoopRankr has dual-layer location privacy. Your public profile can show just your city, your region, or nothing at all. Precise coordinates are never exposed to other players. You can disable location features entirely from your privacy settings.
